Jennifer has been a member of the Amadeus Chamber Orchestra since the early 1980s, becoming principal ‘concertmaster’ since the 1992-93 season. She was appointed leader of St Albans Symphony Orchestra in 1981 and often takes a solo role with that orchestra, including a performance of Max Bruch’s 1st Violin Concerto in St Albans Abbey in January 2002 and The Lark Ascending (2012 in the Abbey, 2015 in St Saviour’s Church).

    Other solo performances include Mozart G major Concerto, Haydn Sinfonia Concertante, solo violin in Bach’s Brandenburg concertos, Massenet’s Meditation and John Williams’ Schindler’s List. Jennifer often gives recitals, both as soloist and chamber musician, including the Wigram String Trio in which she played alongside two of her three sons (both professional musicians), the Amalia Piano Trio, the Ashridge Players and the Cunningham Piano Quintet.
